Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Dalam Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Luring

Abstract


This study aims to describe the competence of teachers to design effective and efficient learning, implement educative and dialogical learning, evaluate student outcomes in offline learning. The approach that researchers use in this study is a qualitative approach, with a phenomenological type. This is found from a phenomenon that occurs in the surrounding environment so as to produce the necessary information. The research subjects used as research informants were teachers from grade I to grade VI and principals at SD Negeri 1 Bulawan. The competencies studied are pedagogic competencies which include aspects of: learning design, implementation of learning and evaluation of learning outcomes. The data collection process was carried out through observational studies, interviews, and documentation as well as field notes. Then the data is analyzed in the Miles and Huberman model which includes three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The implementation of offline learning at SD Negeri 1 Bulawan has been carried out quite well. The teacher has designed by compiling or making offline lesson plans, preparing teaching materials in the form of learning media and preparing teaching materials before the learning process takes place. Most of the teachers have carried out educated learning with indicators that have conveyed the benefits of learning, provided learning motivation for students, carried out student-oriented learning by prioritizing learning activities for students and applied various learning methods. Teachers are good at evaluating learning after the implementation of learning is complete, the form of evaluation used is written, some is orally.
