Abstract


The research objective is to improve teacher performance through the supervision of school principals in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Mujahirin Bitung. This study uses school action research according to the design of this study m conducted by Kemmis and Taggart. This study illustrates how a learning technique is applied and how the desired results can be achieved. Spiral model that starts from planning, action, observation and reflection, then replanning for the next cycle. The results of the first cycle illustrate the performance of teachers by 56.9% with a success rate of teachers by 30% and increase in the second cycle of teacher performance by 93.7% with a success rate of teachers by 100% or all teachers succeed in this second cycle. Based on the results of research conducted it can be said that the use of supervision of school principals can improve the performance of teachers in Madrasah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Mujahirin Bitung.
